When container with an inner aluminum-foil cover passes inductorium, heat will be immediately generated and makes the aluminum-foil layer stick tightly to the bottle mouth to avoid air leakage. This machine is mainly used for the sealing of containers of lubricants, food, chemical products, playing the role of sealing, anti-counterfeit and anti-theft.
This machine adopts the fifth-generation US power modules. The components are imported originally, with its technical indicators far more excellent than similar domestic products, and can replace the original imported equipment. At the same time, this machine adopts double-cooling cycling system, so it can be applicable to the long-term operation under the hot and humid environment with thermal efficiency up to 90%, which means that it can work continuously in high speed. This machine has pipe obstruction, automatic shutdown protection functions. It can be equipped with aluminum foil free removing system.
