The stitching machine is one of the main equipments of ceramic fiber blanket production line, the fiber embryo are

transported to the stitching machine by input machine. When passing the roller path, the fiber embryo are compressed into

the needful thickness, the needle stitching make the fibers into blanket together tightly. After needle stitching, the blanket

have good tensile strength. We can adjust the stitching machine according to the products specification.

Main characteristic:

It avoids the trouble of replacing the leading pole and leading cover often in the production, so it decreases the

maintaining cost. It is controlled by PLC system, we can change the thickness of products and the number of needle

stitching by click the screen of computer. No matter how the thickness is in the production area, the stitching machine can

stitch the blanket well, and with the good needle flower; the production thickness area is 10-50mm.
