It’ s made of multi layers and it has high performance structure, long time utilization, flexibility and dynamic design. The bottom layer is laid by special construction machine according to thickness, which is compounded by PU and special granules. .
Characteristics:
1. All weather suitable: all kinds of seasons and temperature range. It maintains high quality and it can be used after raining, which increases the time available and using frequency.
2. Perfect knit: special machines for construction ensure different ranges of thickness and flatness.
3. Proper flexibility: lacunaris layer, which has measurable flexibility and rebounce to reduce the energy consumption and enhance competition achievements.
4. Anti-shocking: it has high flexible layer and cushion layer, which can absorb the driving clashing without obvious damage.
5. Anti-nail: It won' t be destroyed by nail shoes or start running even at the starting point of 100-meter which is most frequently used.
6. Viscidity: special constructing structure, it has the strong viscidity, which can prevent the oozing of water, peeling etc.

Compounded PU track
Characteristics:

The total thickness is 13mm(up to international standard)
This type of compounded track has composite top and bottom and casts cement and asphalt on surface in on-site construction.
The bottom layer is the cushion cover compounded by SBR granules and adhesives. (10mm)
The surface layer is composed of anti-skid EPDM granules and polyurethane coating materials (3mm)
