Specifications

1. Adopt 14mm 316 stainless steel crucible. The crucible with the good ability for anti-corrosion, keeping a long span to save more time and money for customers.
2. Adopt electricity heating. First pot takes 90minutes Coming pots takes around 45minutes. (Take VT-1.0T for example.)
Adopt oil burner or electric run with advantage of quick heat transfer, high efficiency, low cost, no environment pollution etc. Quick melting speed so quickly that can keep high efficiency. Saving space and labor force to keep better development for user.
3. Temperature controller adopt Japan RKC brand, electric equipment adopt SHSI brand from Taiwan. Temperature tolerance can be +5 degree.
Imported components to assure an exact temperature control, keep a stable property for the furnace.
4. Exhaust system (Buyer equipped according to his own plant. Suggestion can be made according to per customer’s real plant condition. With Portable design to grant different set plant.
5. Mix system: Adopt electro motion or pneumatic Mixing stick adopts stainless steel. Vane & pump adopt ductile cast iron. Mobile whisking to keep the solder materials well-proportioned when melting, it also raised the safety for the operator.
(3) Specification: Can be 1T-3T according to the capacity. Equip with top China brand motor, Dongguan brand. 0.75KW-6. the crucible size scope can suitable for different size user.
