Mechanical characteristics:
DXG-20/38/80 NC flute-shape tube machine is a kind of special machining equipment designed to process flute shape tubes. It is applied to bend copper tubes, aluminum tubes and steel tubes with diameter of Ф80 and wall thickness of 1.5mm. Pressure control is used to is clamping and lifting mechanism. Localization of work pieces (X and Y coordinate) comes with servo drive. The whole machine is controlled by microcomputer. Interface of the touch screen is used for parameters setting and operation switching. The machine is easily operated and can store Machining parameters for over 100 products. It is featured in good stability, durability and high efficiency, and can process holes of Ф8-Ф50mm through exchanging moulds.
