This mattress packing machine sends the mattress to the working table, covers the top and bottom of the mattress with PVC film, compresses the mattress, then vacuums and seals. The whole process is automatically proceeded. Thus reduces the volume for transportation and the cost of stocking and transportation. Soft mattress suited for this machine includes: foam mattress, pocket spring mattress, bonnel spring mattress(Mid-Coil Dia.≥50mm), continuous spring mattress.
