Purpose:

Billet steel conveying. The billet steel is single –layered or multi-layered; or the single-layered to three-layered square billet which is 2-10 roots in a raw.

Characteristic:

1. The switching of the clamp is controlled by gravity start and stop structure.

2. A big enough clamp force is generated by the leverage. The slab is held by friction force which is generated by the clamp force.

3. The clamp has two pairs of demountable teeth, which is forged by the high strength alloy-steel.

4. There are many structures after the clamp is connected with lifting hook. The long slab can be designed as three pair-leg clamp.

5. The cross section of arm and arm tie of the clamp is I-shaped or T-shaped. The section which is connected to the axes has high stiffness and long life period.

6. The clamp which is used to lift high temperature billet steel uses oil filler hole for greasing. The one which is used to lift common temperature billet steel uses the lubricant stored in grease groove for greasing.
