1.Description of Aluminum Alloy CCR Lines
Oil-free aluminum alloy rod continuous casting and rolling line is used to produce aluminum alloy rod, such as Al-Mg alloy rod, Al-Mg-Si alloy rod(6201), Al-Ti-B alloy rod etc. The finished rod diameter is Φ9.5mm,Φ12 mm,Φ15mm. It's productivity ranges from 1.5T-4T per hour, from a bar with cross-sectional areas from 1500 to 2400 mm².
2. The main raw material can be aluminum ingot as well as molten aluminum. Rod quality exceeds ASTM, DIN, BS, JS and other internationally accepted quality standards.

2. Features of Aluminum Alloy CCR Lines
2.1 Almost level casting and automatic casting systems ensure no turbulent current, and by our special design, the molten aluminum feeding to casting system is oxide-free.
2.2 Box type in line degassing unit removes the contents of the hydrogen and impurity in the aluminum liquid with the small dispersed bubble by the inert gas.
2.3 Induction heater heats the cast bar before entering the rolling mill, and adjusts temperature automatically , thus achieving good electrical and mechanical properties.
2.4 Oil-free coiling system with rollers makes it possible to produce oil-free aluminum rod without the use of grease, which can save production cost and make workshop clean.

Furnace with magnetic mixer or tilting furnace, in-line degassing & filtering system with launder, refining feeding device,Five- wheel casting machineand pouring ladle, roller shearer, motorized straightener, multi-frequency induction heater, cast bar feed-in device, rolling mill, alloy rod quenching system, alloy rod cooling systems, dual-position coiler, electrical control system, rolling mill lubrication system and emulsion system, etc.
