WYF Series is a precise capillary thermostat used in Electrical oven, stove, water heaters, deep friers, electric pans etc. It has very good performance in OFF temperature and differential control. We have two sizes for your options. One is EGO type and the other one is smaller size. Please see pics. The bulb can be copper or stainless steel. We also have alternate construction for low end market, the price is much cheaper
