Construction
1) winding part: adopt servo motor drive, gear meshing, automatic calculation precision lap, designated stop; Rotors undergo heat treatment; Mould has cylinder core-pulling, round into core can off automatically.
2) shear parts: adopt the hydraulic cylinder to shear, hard alloy composite mould, while can make double u-shaped and punching.
3) Centring institutions: adopt two-way precision lead screw to centring , convenient and quick.
4) Feeder institutions: adopt servo motor for precise feeding.
5) Pressure institution: adopt cylinder with blankets pressure material.
6) Spot welding institution: CNC type precise spot welding, first two pressure wheel compaction material again after welding.
7) Emptying institution: adopt frequency conversion motor and electric control.
This produce line is special equipment for automatic processing toroidal core, machine adopts full closed-loop type control monitoring the whole production process, including feeding, machine materials, peak material, winding cut off. The computer will monitor the welding and demould strip moving process.
Core molding process, and welding monitoring technology, greatly reduce scrap.
