Continuous extruder is for producing products such as various flat copper materials, heterogeneous copper materials etc. It adopts advanced international technology and process that thoroughly changes the traditional wire-drawing process, not only promoting product quality, also turning out products of complex forms. This equipment is simple to operate, stable in performance; needs no annealing, and is of low energy consumption, dramatically reducing the labor intensity of the operators, improving the production environment.

We’ve been engaged in manufacturing medium and large-sized copper wire drawing machine products for a long time; all the domestically well-known electromagnetic wire and cable manufacturing enterprises use our products; by now, our products have been exported to Malaysia, Iran, Vietnam etc. Now we have developed continuous extruder. Compared with like products, our extruders have features as that two wires can be extruded simultaneously for small-sized type production (under 25mm²), which on one hand promotes the output volume, reduces energy consumption, promotes the service life of the wearing parts; on the other hand, it can produce products whose size is smaller than single wire (about 5mm²). Our product has broken through the situation that continuous extruder can not produce small-sized products or the output volume for small-sized products is low.
