Features:
l It is designed for use in the performance and life cycle test of lithium ion, Li-polymer, Ni-Cd/Ni-MH rechargeable batteries and cells. It is used by battery research and product test laboratories, etc.
L The equipment has 16 independent constant current source control circuits. Each circuit is completely independent; they can test 16 batteries & cells of different varieties and different standards simultaneously without interference. The charge and discharge process, charge and discharge current, and constant voltage value of each channel are set and controlled by computer
l It has AC internal resistance testing function which can provide circle internal resistance curves. You can test internal resistance at any time..
L Temperature testing model is optional, and it can test the batteries & cells temperature at any time
l Battery holder is adjustable cylindrical cell holder, with spring Four-wire fixture, it is easy to adjust and its contact is reliable; we also provide interface cables which are Four-wire terminated with circular connector for tester interface, alligator clips for the test of battery pack and positive and negative materials.
L The software’ s interface is friendly and the statistics function is powerful. During testing process, it marks the charge and discharge process condition graphically and shows battery voltage, charge and discharge time, charge and discharge condition, circle number and curves. You can inquire the charge and discharge data of each cell and battery. It can output the data on screens or printers in form of curve and table.
L You can set up 25 steps and 30000 circles in testing process. Each channel can save whole data and curves of experiments process.
L A computer can controls 1~8 set (s) of equipment at the same time.
L It can protect data when power fails and continue to run when power is restored.
L The equipment can work off-line. Each channel can retain test data of last 30 steps to most extent.
