       SLW series digital frequency conversion wedge free rotation shaver is turned by French curve cam,adopting overall frame structure reinforced with lower sideway, whereupon stable feeding of edge is ensured .Different from timing motor and hydraulic feeding ayatem ,speed variation is realized with pure mechanical mode ,and thus avoiding instable shaved thickness caused by impulaive force of log which is out of round .
        Control System 1:   Equiped with US Emerson transducer ,Taiwan TaiDa PLC programmer ,Human Vs Machine interface ,thinkness display , which ensures operation stability and outputting even and level veneer ,smooth and level .the error is limited to±0.05mm or so ,operation with facility .
        Control System 2:   Taiwan TaiDa transducer is applied ,also adopted including

        Main properties :
       1.Roller coupling structure:
          Method 1:to be coupled by spline ,small jumping and high precision .
          Method 2:with twin bearings with air tight rings to avoid water and ensure bearing lift .
        2.Edge is sharpened manually , fine straight and level .
        3.The ridge is equipped with regulation screw ,which ensure instant regulation of edge after sharpening .
        4.the shaved veneer is level smooth and even.
