Enhance service level and provide five-star and shadow form service
Speed up the communication between guest and hotel to make guest’s need can be conveyed to the hotel at first time and hotel can respond at once. From check-in to check-out, guest’s private space will be protected fully. Guest will feel he/she always been concerned about even though he/she cannot find waiter. Shadow form service exists everywhere.
When a guest checks in at receptionist or books room on telephone, the receptionist can turn on lights and air-conditioning at the relevant room through remote control so that guest will fell warm and comfortable when entering the room just like he/she is getting home.
When a guest checks out, the receptionist can timely view the open/close status of intelligent safe and remind the guest if there is missing item in the room.

In management center, we can see the actual operation situation of guest rooms, timely warn of abnormal rooms, monitor and eliminate irregularities of internal staff and provide monitoring means for internal management from the financial point of view.

When there is no person in a room at daytime but the door is kept open, the intelligent guest room center will tell service staff to check this room. When a guest checks in a room at night but forgets to lock the door or does not lock the door well, the service staff will remind him/her of above situation and improve our service to guest’s safety. When a room is occupied but the safe is abnormal, the service staff will give relevant tips and check.
Truly energy-saving and investment-saving
Our intelligent electrical switch can identify the illegal card and achieve the true energy-saving. Assume that one room can save 2 degree electricity (2 X 365days X RMB1.00 = RMB730.00) and 80% rooms are occupied every day, one room can save nearly RMB600 every year.
Low voltage cabling is used for switches. Except for safety and environmental protection, low voltage cabling can save 80% expenses comparing with the high voltage cabling.
