2.Mn13G2:Compared with 65Mn,after the roller and ring adopts Mn13G2 to be casted,the durability has improved .This castings is treated with water toughening after being poured.After water toughening,the castings have high tensile strength,toughness,plasticity and non magnetic.During the using process,their surface will form hardening and also have martensite when being deformated by strong pressure and severe impact,so that forming high wear-resistant surface layer,and the inner layer maintain a good toughness,so it also can bear greater impact loads even if weared to be very thin.
