FU type chain conveyor use the mutual inside friction and pressure existed in the bulk materials to make them move by increasing its inside friction and pressure towards the direction of chain. The materials can be moved ahead under the force of chain when its inside friction is above pan' s friction. So that the material layout can be formed stability, and then get the materials into a continuous stream. Material speed is equal to chain speed when the materials stream is stable, and the ratio between material layout and pan width reached a certain terms.
