JZS Shaking Sieve
JZS series rotary shaking screen is a high-precision powder screening machine, which bases on many patent technologies.
Structure and Principle
JZS series rotary vibration sieve takes vertical motor as excitation source. The motor's top and bottom installs eccentric blocks, which change motor's rotary motion into horizontal,vertical,declining coordinate movement, and then pass the movement to screen surface. Material's trajectory on the screen surface can be changed by adjusting the phase angle of the motor's top and bottom.
Features and Advantages
- Any powder and mucilage can be screening, high efficient, skill and durable design.
- Easy to change screen net, simple operation, convenient cleaning.
- Mesh does not block. Powder is not flying. The material can be screened to 500 mesh or 0.028mm.
- Impurities and coarse material are exhausted automatically, and the machine can be operation continuously.
- Unique net rack design, long service life of screen net, rapid to change net just about 3 to 5min
- Small volume, easy to move, occupied little space
- Screen machines can reach five layers, we advise to use 3 layers
- Coordinate vibration and high precision screen filter can clear away non-soluble material from various thick liquid. JZS series of specially designed screening, filter's filter capacity reaches 100m3per hour. The machine applies to ceramics, pigment and other thick liquid filtration. One layer is often used to screen out impurities and weighting filter.
Applicable industries
- Industry: resin, coating, industrial chemical, cosmetics, paint, powder of traditional Chinese medicine and so on.
- Food industries: powdered sugar, starch, salt, rice flour, milk powder, soya-bean milk, egg powder, soy sauce, juice.
- Metal or metallurgy industry: aluminum powder, lead powder, copper powder, ore, alloy powder, welding rod powder, manganese dioxide, electrolytic copper powder, electric magnetic materials, lime, alumina, grinding dust, refractory material, heavy calcium carbonate, quartz sand and so on.
- Pollution treatment, waste oil, waste water, dyeing and finishing wastewater, auxiliary, activated carbon and so on.
