Activated carbon is made from strictly selected coal or plant by using special technology. It is porous carbon material. Due to its highly porous structure and huge specific surface area, it has very strong adoption capacity. It is mainly used to removal of all kinds of gas, purify water, burn smoke purification, remove the heavy metal (especially Hg), PCDDS, PCDFS.

4. Producing Procedure:

1.) Crushing → blending → screening → carbonized → activated → sieving packet → activation →granular activated carbon

2.) Coal → broken → blending → powder → agglutinate → Compression molding → carbonized → activation → sieve packet → Cylindrical activated carbon

3.) Coal→ Broken→ Measuring blending→ Screen →Carbonized → Activated →sieving packet → activated →crushed activated carbon

Columnar activated carbon→ broken→ screen→ crushed activated carbon

5. Product Application:

Activated carbon is used in purifying water and air; adsorbing (collecting, recovering. separating and refining of poisonous substances, adsorbing and filtering radioactivity substances and microorganism) desulfating, recovering of solvent and steam; catalyst and catalyst carriers, garbage burning.

It is known as highly developed porous structure and large specific surface, especially micropore volume, high hardness, wear and impact resistance, and easy regulation. It has high capacity on the adsorption of organic solutes, free chlorine and harmful gas in air.

Widely used in toxic gas purification, waste gas treatment, agriculture environment protection, national defense industrial, industrial and water purification processing the solvent recovery etc.
