Specifications
Olivine sand and calcined olivine sand produced by Yichang Kebo Refractories.Co.Ltd is an ideal material for covering flux for ladle and tundish application. Olivine has high refractoriness, good thermal stability, high volume expansion, thermal shock resistance and high temperature strength, good wear ability.
Our company has produced 4 kinds of covering agent according to the different content of carbon. It can be used in the ladle/tundish as a covering insulant.
Features
1. It conserves heat well, prevent the molten steel from oxidation.
2. It can absorb occluded foreign substances floating upward in the molten steel or iron bath.
3. The ladle/tundish refractory lining would be protected from severe erosion and reduce ladle and tundish turnaround.
