Ⅲ. Product description:
     TL-ASSU380P15 type air conditioner soft-starter is an embedded air conditioner controller based on our independent research and development. Advanced single chip microcomputer as the micro-controller technology is adopted to intelligently regulate startup voltage and current of compressor with the effective reduction of startup transient current and power of compressor, so as to protect the compressor, increase its service life, and minimize the impact on the power system resulted from the high-power air conditioners startup.
     Embedded style system design is used for TL-ASSU380P15 type air conditioner soft-starter with the following features: small in size, light in weight, strong impact and shock resistances, high reliability, long service life, and easy installation. Internal electronic components are all imported industrial products to meet requirements of any complicated work environment with stable performance.
Ⅳ. Components introduction:
1. Main wiring terminals:
    250# insert is adopted for the connection of main wire terminals, i.e. A_IN, B_IN, C_IN, N_IN is three-phase and four- line AC input, A_OUT, B_OUT, C_OUT is the corresponding soft-start output to link with the three-phase compressor. 2. Control wire terminals:
    Row connector is adopted for the connection of control wire terminals in an easy and reliable method. Control soft entry terminals own input control terminal start and protection, and power supply output of soft-starter. Output terminals have main and broken circuits control terminal and by pass control terminal. The external bypass mode is used to realize more stability.
3. Pushwheel switch:
    Soft-starter owns the flexible starting time and starting initial voltage regulations, to meet the different requirements of payload types.
4. Selected keyboard connectors:
    One 6P (2.54mm) connector on the top has total 4 lines analog input terminal to control the parameters of initial output voltage and starting time, and another 6P (2.54mm) input terminal is a SPI output terminal to display the operation parameters values.
5. Transformer and relay:
    Blue transformer is an industrial grade safety isolating transformer with encapsulating material, which has characteristics of more secure usage and better flame retarding. Two relays on the right are used for output control terminal, among them, middle one is cut-out control, and right one is bypass control.
