Product Introduction:
Ausbond® 82 is a kind of single-component anti-rust cold zinc plating coating, which can form a hard and stretchable foam that can combine with any metal base material. It is the high-performance zinc plating agent with 95% pure zinc on the foam, which can adhere to the bare metal through the electrochemical action. This coating can provide the active plating protection, and prevent the rust even in the case of scratch or abrasion. The coating can dry fast, with excellent adhesion, and form the gray coating after being painted.
Product Features:
1. 95 ％ pure-zinc covering foam, with excellent anti-rust function; the anti-rust performance is better than that of plating or thermal plating zinc coating; after rubbing the painting foam, it can still protect the metal on the bottom.
2. High-temperature resistant, damp-proof and abrasion resistant, applicable for various metal parts indoors and outdoors, with easy adhering onto bottom metal and difficult peeling.
3. Dry fast, the surface can be touched within 15min.
4. Simple use, available to be used for on-site construction, with excellent welding performance.
Product Application:
Protect and repair the zinc-plated board, structure steel, steel roof, door and window after being processed, coastal equipment and marine equipment corroded by sea water seriously, and public equipment, as well as various of facilities in metallurgy factory, water treatment factory and paper manufacturing factory.

Storage Conditions:
1. Store in the cool and dry place with temperature is below 40℃.
