Product Description
MB50A is made of ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane, provided by pellet, used as processing aids in plastics. Compared with silicone oil, MB50A improves plastic properties more efficiently and effectively, with little effect on the adhesion of paints labels or decorations, more convenient to handle and good dispersion.
Functions and Features
¤Improve plastic fluidity, increase throughput, shorten mold cycle time, make mold release easier, reduce torque and save energy.
¤Improve surface property and abrasion resistance, reduce coefficient of friction, scratch and mar resistance, lower machine wear.
¤Improve fire retardant properties and impact strength, lower smoke rate.

MB50A is packaged in paper bag with 25kg, or according to customer's requirements. It should be stored in a dry place, no solarization, no rain and no hook, safely transported as normal plastic materials.
