Generals:
Type LC petroleum & chemical pump is a kind of centrifugal pump of single stage, horizontal and cantilevered style. It is the latest generation of petroleum & chemical flow pump after several years’ studies and development on the basis of absorbing advanced technology of similar products from home and overseas, with modern design means and CFD software analysis. Reasonable construction, excellent performance and high reliability.
Application:
The pump is widely used in petroleum & chemical industry, refinery plant, chemical industry, paper making industry, environmental protection projects and seawater treatment and special temperature and anti-corrosive required fields.
Working condition:
Capacity range:5～2600m3/h
Head range:4～250m
Working temperature: standard products are suitable under-80～+200℃,when the temperature is over 200℃,please point out in the order.
Delivering medium: all kinds of liquid(salt solution or chemical raw material)or liquid containing fine particles, as the diameter of the particles is more than 0.1mm, please point out in the order.
Characters:
1) Adopting CFD analysis, good hydraulic performance, high efficiency, and saving energy.
2) Following API160 design, complying with international standard.
3) Three-dimensional shaping, reasonable construction, high general-application degree, easy managing, few spare parts and low cost.
4) Double volutes construction (caliber is over 80mm),small radial force, low vibration and noise.
5) Diverse impeller types. According to the working condition to choose open or close impeller. Open impeller is suitable for delivering medium of mixture of steam and liquid, and mixture of liquid and solid (density can be 10%), small NPSH.
6) Adopting heavy duty bracket, when the temperature is over 250℃, adopting compulsive cooling, good stability and high reliability.
7) Adopting diaphragm coupling, easy installment and maintenance.
8) Mechanical seal or packing seal can be chosen, if choosing mechanical seal which is good for environment protection and no leakage.
9) There are many kinds of flow parts materials, and the material can be decided according to working condition.
10) Wide application range and performance range.
