C.Building Project
1. the aera of factory will be over18,000sqm to fit for later upgrading and transform.
Main aera: ball mill room:10M×5M×6M (sand milling), 8M×5M×6M (lime milling)
Main factory building room: 50M×36M×7M, three floors building of charging mixture: 12M×6M×3.5M ×3 floor;
Boiler room:12M×6M×5M. make the final decision of actual space.
2. to have the material yard, finished products yard. producing process to have the section of material dealing, charge mixture and pouring section,stop quietly section,curing section.
3. the factory to have the repairing workshop,lab,warehouse and accessory facilities.
4. construction period will last 2 months from the beginning of civil engineering.
D.Main Material
1, massive lime: Bought from abroad, shipped to yard by truck, technology requirements as below: valid CaO over 75%. clear up time: 8-15min, temperature of centigrade is over 65 °C, penetrator lime is less 8%, fly ash deposits is less than 10%, MgO is less 5%.
2, gypsum: boutght from abroad,shipped to yard by truck, technology requirements as below: CaSO4·2H2O or phosphogypsum, α-SO3β-SO3 is over 35%.
3, aluminium powder: solid powder percentage is over 65%, active aluminium percentage is over 90%.
4, cement: 32.5R bulk cement.
5, fly ash: SiO2 percentage is over 40%, loss on ignition is less 7%, SO2 is less 20%, radioactivity to feed rules of GB6763.
6, Sand: SiO2 percentage is over 65%. Clay in the sand is less than 15%. total K2O and NaClCAS can’t be over 2.5%. gravel, grass root and bark and organic impurity are forbidden to be included etc .
E.Supplying of Water, Electric and Steam:
1,supplying of water:adopting ground water,living water use city water.
2,supplying of electric:installing of 500KVA S-9 1pc of voltage transformer.
3,supplying of steam:use DZL4-16 steam of coal or electric boiler to offer steam to the autoclave diameter: 2m and length:31.5m autoclave the over steam and over heat can be used for casting and heating of pouring.
F,Condition of Hydrology and Geology and Transporting.
1,hydrology: to fit for the requirement of industrial aera, ground level ±0.000 is higher than history highest water line to gurantee the factory can’t be flooded.
2,geology: the factory base adopt indpendent or slip.
3,transporting: circle road of cement to fit for material and finished products transporting.
