Specifications

Raw material is FRP ( Fiberglass reinforced thermoplastic ),which is composited by synthetical resin and fiberglass. It is new material applied to automotive industry.

Products features are as below,

Light weight and high strength --- proportion of common carbon steel is 7.8,but FRP is 1.5 to 2.0,only1/5 – 1/4 of common carbon steel, but the mechanical strength could be half of it and the specific strength could be excess it much.

Impact-resistant and anti fracture toughness --- impact resistant to fracture is five times of that of steel. In the factor of the impact resistant to facture, it is stronger than normal metal material.

Shock absorption and sound insulation --- its high natural vibration frequency avoid the early structure destroy caused by resonance under the working state. Meanwhile, fiber and the interface of viscoelastic polymer matrix are with ability of vibration absorption, so its vibration damping is high. Thereby, improve the overall NVH performance.

Easy to design --- According to different use requirement and the force state, we can design flexibly. Through arrange reinforced material reasonably to save material, reduce weight. As for dielectricity, heat resistant and so on, we can satisfy through choose suitable raw material.

Good corrosion resistant --- it have excellent resistant to acid, sea water, alkali, salt and some organic solvent. Anti corrosion property is 10 times of that of metal material, then will solve corrosion resistant problem of automobile body covering.

Excellent process property --- fiber reinforced polymer matrix composite material is with excellent process property, it can meet the manufacturing needs of various types of products. It fits for manufacturing of products with large surface or complex shape. Also, it can be shaped in one time, so that it can reduce the quantity of spare parts, fastener and connector. Save raw material and working time.
