Our various kinds of spring mechanical seals, welded metal bellow seals can be used in pumps and reactors, and we also manufacture dry gas seal systems that can be used in centrifuges, and compressors.
We are among the pioneers in China that actually manufacture mechanical sealing products that can be used to replace products of international brands. During the past three decades, our products have been widely used in China markets, among enterprises in industries such as petrochemical, oil refining, and nuclear power, etc.
Now, we are a member of material resource provider for China Petrochemical Industry, and we have started to serve international customers since around the year 2000.
The metal bellow seals which we manufacture have been used as replacements for many international brands. We offer standard and/or customized metal bellows made from materials such as 17-4 PH (replacement for AM350), Inconel 718, HC-276, Ti, Alloy20, etc. The raw materials are from suppliers of aerospace materials. These metal bellows mechanical seals can be used in various systems that require the working environment within the ranges specified below:
o Temperature: -328~842 F
o Pressure: vacuum 10-4 Torr ~ 15Mpa
o Diameter of axle (outer diameter of axle sleeve):13mm~270mm (0.5"~10.625")
o Rotate speed: 1r/min~13500r/min
