Main use:
Crystal is the process that the matter crystal as solid form from steam, solution or diatexis. Vacuum crystallizer is an evaporation crystallizer, while solution is evaporated continuously; crystal comes into being and grows in the oversaturation solution. This equipment is widely used in food processing industry, chemical industry, pharmacy, waste water treatment, environment projects, etc.
Vacuum crystallizer has the characteristic of compact and rational structure, good blend function, low energy consumption, high loading coefficient,small area coverage and easy operation, as a result of widely use.
Main Characteristic:
1. Vacuum crystallizer removes part of solution, makes solution oversaturated and then crystal comes into being.
2. Vacuum crystallizer is equipped with inside pipe heater, and adopts the evaporation method that Integrates High-effect agitator and vacuum. Raw material is circulated from the bottom via inside pipe heater, then distributing barrel. Material repeats the flow above-mentioned, and is evaporated rapidly.
3. Vacuum crystallizer works steadily, is easy to clean, without highly manual labor, without material leak, foam, drippage and steam leak in workshop, accords to GMP standard.
4.Vacuum crystallization tank is equipped with distribution barrel and high effect agitator, which can form a high effect inside circulation channel, controls the density of material at 30%-40%,eliminates the saturation part, uniform the saturation of solution, intensifies the crystal capacity.
Structure:
Vacuum crystallizer includes main tank, steam and liquid separator, condensation and cooler, condensate pump, high effect agitator, manhole, view glass, view lamp, meters, inlet and outlet for material, etc. Secondary steam is separated by steam and liquid separator and then cooled by cooler, discharged by condensate pump.
