Application Range: This machine is applicable for the engine oil, gear oil, hydraulic oil, forming oil, waste oil, rail, oil, compressor oil, vacuum pump oil, the total loss system oil, axle oil, pneumatic oil, rail oil, bearing oil, cylinder oil, drawing oil transfer oil, transformer insulating oil ( Mineral and synthetic oil) regeneration of petroleum, chemicals, cement, metallurgy, mining and power ships, machinery, military industry, rubber and plastics, instrumentation, transportation, building materials, paper and other industries purification.
Characteristics: This equipment adopts global newest technology of pure physical cryogenic distillation and microfiltration purification. The whole equipment is with no filter, high-speed rotary motor (non-centrifugal effect). It adopts unique patents technology -- decoloring process, and separating the oxides, residual carbon, resin, and the chromosome of the waste oil, no acid-base process. This equipment not only processes the oil to transparent and translucent color, but also restores properties of oil, and oil physical and chemical indicators (according to the acceptance of national standards GB). With dual-match and dual-control technology, that is with three pumps, dual-control, turbine-type circulation pump, which characterizes strong thermostability and wear resistance, no leakage, do not need replacement. Machine configuration is more reasonable, more secure, with more stable performance and more convenient operation. This equipment is especially suitable for deep decoloring of non-standard oil.
