Introduction of flotation machine:
This machine is used for separating ferrous and nonferrous metals.It can also be used for separating nonmetals like coal and fluorite.The impeller of the principal axis rotates by the driven of electric motor through the Vbelt and then produces centrifugal function resulting in negative pressure.On one hand,it intakes enough air to mix with slurry.On the other hand,it mixers slurry and medicine,fine the foam in order that the mineral can stick on the foam,and then it turns into mineral foam after flotating on the slurry.Adjust the height of stopper to control fluid level in order that the available foam can be scrapped out by scrappers
features of flotation machine are as follows:
(1)The capacity of air suction is large, the power consumption is low.
(2Every stand has three functions of air suction, slurry suction and floatation simultaneously being unique in flotation return circuit without need for any supplementary equipment, the circuit change is convenient for horizontal location.
(3)The slurry cycle is rational, the settlement of coarse sand can be reduced into full play.
(4)The regulation is convenient to equip auto and electro-controlling arrangements for slutty level.
