YJ42 series coil shaping hydraulic press, Apply PLC control method.

　The working pressure of indenter can be stable adjusted by control botton among 5T～63T～100T with the indication.The adjustment precision is 500kg.

　Pressure plate will be up and down in the operation process by pressing button,during which you can stop and maintain pressure in any position until you give the new direction.Pressure maintaining error is less than 500kg.

　The three motions of pressure plate up and down,roller path up and down,feed plate(optional)forward and backward is interlock with each other.

　Set power instructions,buzzer and other components on the operating panel:set pressure adjustment button and relative indicating devices;set the function buttons of pressure plate up and down.roller path up and down,horizontal forward and reset.emergency stop,etc.In order to avoid misoperation,adopt two hands two buttons to make pressure.
