During different processes of oil refinery ,there are gases that has been thoroughly reacted ,and they are collected to common pipe called Tail Pipe,and gas therein is call(Tailed Gas) .For safetyreasons,many petrochemical refineries burned the Tail Gas and discharge to atmosphere.The screw compressor set for flare gas can be used here to recover tail gas ,and the collected gas can be used as furnace fuel.When the flare is quenched in petrochemical plants ,the effects on surrounding is eliminated,and natural gas consumption can be reduced ,which has prominent effect in evergy saving and emission reduction .
