The water truck is mainly used for cleaning of large and medium-sized cities’ pavement, greening of trees, green belt & green lawns, construction of roads, mines & factories, flushing of high-altitude building. It has functions of sprinkling, dedusting, high and low spraying, pesticide spraying, guardrail and median strip flushing, moreover, it also has the function of carrying water, drainage, emergency fire, etc. Our water trucks apply to sanitation & municipal departments of large, medium and small towns.
Water Truck YTZ5108GSS20E Features:
1. Vehicle structures are made by excellent steel plate with high strength & low alloy, adopt underwater CNC cutting method and carbon dioxide gas shielded welding, ensure the product without any permanent deformation during operation.
2. Both inside and outside are finished of sandblasting, rust removal. Moreover, the tank inside adopts anti-corrosion treatment like dual component coating, zinc spraying, improving the erosion resistance and using life.
3. The water tank adopts oval body with flat head structure, low centroid, smooth operation.
4. Circuit wiring is hidden, with waterproof connector, to ensure the security and reliability.
5. The internal tank is fitted with anti-wave clapboard to reduce the impact of the liquid during full load vehicle driving, then ensure vehicle smooth moving.
6. The tank upper part is equipped with a quick opening manhole, and both sides of tank top is equipped with parapet, to ensure the security of operator.
7. All the steel pipes are made of seamless steel pipe, and all valves adopt quick-open type direct and four-way ball valve for quick opening and release the medium.
8. PTO adopts from excellent quality products from professional manufactures, with high output power, torque, work reliability, long running time and steady work.
9. Self-priming sprinkler pumps adopt the latest successful developed products of national patent, with a large displacement, high lift, strong self-priming ability and high reliability.
10. The vehicle rear is mounted long-range high-pressure water gun, which can achieve long-range spray, and also columnar & atomization spraying work by adjusting the nozzle.
11. The sprinkler piping is equipped with pneumatic valve and stainless steel ball valve, which can achieve both automatic and manual control. The operator can directly control the spraying work in the cab easily.
12. The tank is fitted with level gauge and low water level alarm system, so that the driver can control spraying operations status easily.
