1A summary of grounding module FL-01/FL-02/FL-X series FL series are a kind of grounding product mainly composed of good conductive materials and non-metallic minerals. They are specially used to reduce the grounding resistance and are suitable for all types of soil conditions. They have obvious advantages in high soil resistivity areas and they are mainly used in "Building grounding", "Lightning protection grounding", "Static electricity protection," " Alternating current(AC)grounding" " security protection grounding " and other places for grounding. And it opened a new time for grounding materials and grounding techniques. Compared with the traditional grounding, this product has a high efficiency in reducing resistance. It can keep the resistance stable, reduce the counter attack of the grounding electricity, and has a long life. It is corrosion-resistant, non-toxic, non-polluting, and easily operated, etc. . Working principles and functions The main resistance of grounding grid is made up of the resistance of the grounding body, the connecting materials, the resistance between the grounding body and the soil around , and the resistance of the current flowing in the soil. Of them , the resistance between the grounding body and the soil around , and the resistance of the current flowing in the soil are the main part which accounts for more than 98%. The traditional grounding body are mainly metal conductors, such as flat steel, round steel, angle steel, steel pipe, copper rods, steel plate and so on. The traditional materials are influenced more largely. The grounding resistance is not quite stable, grounding grid has a comparatively shorter life. It can not solve the problem under the condition of high soil resistance. Grounding modules FL Series are mainly composed of conductive, stable, good non-metallic materials and have the anti-corrosion metal materials as frames, and they are extruded into the shapes by special equipments. Compared with the traditional grounding this product has the following remarkable features: (1) Reducing the resistance of grounding rods. The main materials of FL series grounding module have a familiar physical structure to soil. So they can combine together closely , thus increase the contact area among the grounding rods and soil for many times and make it easily to reduce the resistance between the grounding rods and soil. Therefore it can improve the efficiency greatly in grounding, and reduce the land area occupied by the grounding network. (2) Keeping the grounding resistance stable. FL series itself has a strong capacity of water absorption and preservation, so it can keep the soil around moist to ensure its effective conductivity. At the same time, the grounding rods in it are not influenced by humidity, temperature and season changes, thus providing a stable grounding resistance. (3) Reducing counter attach of grounding current. The non-metallic materials of FL series modules can form a smooth low-resistance area between the soil and the metal, so that the module grounding resistivity huge difference between metal and soil.
