Introduction to Nickel Oxide Calcination Process:
In traditional process, the crucible melting furnace is used to produce nickel oxide from the Nickel carbonate, and the nickel oxide so produced is of unstable grade, high energy consumption, low recovery rate and heavy working environment pollution. In 2000, our company developed the first set of dynamic calciner in China for Jinchuan Nickel Industry, which was used by Jinchuan in nickel oxide calcination process an made its production process to reach the world advance level.
