These tungsten carbide insert bits are used to medium hard formation with higher compressive strength and thick & hard stringers, such as limestone, hard shale, mudstone and sandstone, etc.
1 Tungsten carbide insert tooth, sealed and gage protection journal bearig, hard-faced head bearing surface. Cone bearing inlaid with friction reducing alloy and then silver plated. The load capacity and seizure resistance of the bearing is greatily improved;
2 A small amount of come offset and low insert projection is used to prevent cutting structure damage when hard streaks are encountered;
3 Increased numbers of blunter, smaller diameter inserts are used to increase life in harder, more abrasive formations;
4 O-ring seal is made of the more wear resistance high saturated buna-N with the section and precissely designed sealing flange in the cone sealing area increased the reliability of the seal;
5 The bit bearing is ball which can be applied to high rotary speed drilling;
6 All rubber compensator is used which can provide the bearing system with good assurance of lubrication;
7 New type of grease that can sustain high temerature up to 250 centigrade is utilized;
8 High wear resistance and excellent cutting ability of the insert bit are given full play by using carbide compacts of high strength and hign toughness in combination with optimized compact numbers and rows, the exposure height and special shaped compacts;
