Overview
The SLS double screw conveyor is based on the normal screw conveyor and the normal pipe screw conveyor to design and manufacture . The conveyor is mainly used conveying the powdery, granular and small block materials, specially suitable for the wide inlet ,illiquid materials and mixed materials ,but the conveying distance should not be too long.Double spiral conveyor consists of two single-tube spiral conveyor.The two pipe spiral rotate in the opposite direction generally, and they can play the role of conveying and mixing material in the feedstock .when you have the special request ,the feeding position can be equipped the gate of feeding adjustment to control the pression of the materials to the screw bearing,and improve the working condition .

Application
The LC type vertical screw conveyor is widely used in building industry ,metallurgy,chemical industry, extractive industry,machinery manufacture,mining, tobacco,grain,food,medicine,and other industries. The conveyor is mainly used conveying the powdery, granular and small block materials, specially suitable for the wide inlet ,illiquid materials and mixed materials ,but the conveying distance should not be too long.

The operation principle
There are two solid spirals respectively in the two seamless pipe steel,one is left spiral,the other one is right spiral.when operation ,the two spirals rotation through the through the axial location of a pair of gears turning.Due to the spiral turning, making materials do axial movement to achieve the purpose of transportation. The double pipe screw conveyor is mainly used to convey the powdery materials ,and it is suitable for feeding the materials under the bunker. In order to achieve uniform and adjustable conveying ,the system uses electromagnetic adjustable speed motor or inverter driven to makes it best to compound the actual feeding volume requirements.
The stacking density of the materials is 0.5-2.5/m³, the operation environmental temperature is -19-40 grees centigrade.the convey should choose the special materials if conveying the materials of high temperature, acid and alkali, oils or constituent materials such as organic solvents
