Specifications
This is automatic specialized equipment for welding & cutting power Li-ion battery. It is used in the production of anode or cathode, which can install the electrode and tab material into the axis separately. It had the function of unwinding, rectifying error, welding tab,sticking adhesive tape, wrapping adhesive tape and rewinding automatically. It is easy to operate and maintain.
FEATURES
■ It apply to manufacture several electrode tab of power Li-ion battery.
■ In the discontinuous coating electrode of Li-ion, it can proceed the welding tab, and it stick adhesive tape in two sides of the discontinuous area.
■ The procedure offers stepping up with servo rectify error, servo rewinding and rectifying error (between the electrode with foil paper), and also with the tension controlling.
■ There are three rectifying error types can be chose as: rectifying error of putting electrode roll, rectifying error before the welding tab, rectifying error of rolling electrode roll.
■ It offers the parts of unwinding, sending tab, welding tab, pressing, sticking adhesive tape and rewinding etc that can be worked automatically.
■ With high precision in the welding tab; With correct position when the top and back of scarping be sticking, which can choose either roll stick or flat stick of the sticking style.
■ Detection device monitors the work of operating conditions which can pre-warn and shut off in case of abnormality.
■ PLC controlled system to show the performance by touching the screen. It is easy to setup and to operate.
