Thermostable Alpha-Amylase (Low pH) Boli HT-300 is now upgraded for Boli HT-320, with higher enzyme activity,it is derived from a non-genetically modified strain of bacillus licheniformis utilizing submerged fermentation and refining extraction process.Thermostable Alpha-Amylase (Low pH) is liquid type. it is an endoamylase, which rapidly decreases the viscosity of a gelatinous starch solution by randomly hydrolyzing starch, glycogen and its degradation products within the α-1, 4 glucosidic bonds to produce soluble dextrins and oligosaccharides. Thermostable Alpha-Amylase (Low pH) can be applied without adding calcium ions during liquefaction process of production.
