This is automatic specialized equipment for 18650 sleeving cylindrical Li-ion battery. The machine can automatically finish a series of process, such as battery material feeding, plastic hoses bulging, plastic hoses cutting , sleeving, insulating strip coining, plastic hoses locating, plastic hoses with thermal shrinkage, batteries material discharging and other activities. It is easy to operate and maintain.

■ There are many detecting setting with the detecting systems which main electromotor is with torque limiter protecting. It can pre-warn and shut off in case of abnormality.

■ Battery in the uniform rotation shrinking which can guarantee to shrinkage uniformity of plastic hoses.

■ The heat-shrinkable furnace adopts lifting mechanism which can protect the battery when machine stop.
