Description:
Diameter rangeΦ 16-40mm. Above 50mm can be customized also.
Forging Machine main function is to forging the end part of rebar to raise the rebar area and therefore enlarge the strength of rebar end. It applies to the steel bar of Grade II and III in diameter rangeΦ 16-40mm. Special diameter can be also customized.

Principle:
First, we use upset forging machine to forging the end of rebar.
Second, we use Rebar Thread Cutting machine to process thread on the forged end of rebar;
Third, we use upset parallel thread coupler to abuting joint two threaded ends of rebar.
