SCI 2-phase separation horizontal decanter centrifuge is the equipment for suspension separation by utilizing the principle of centrifugal sedimentation. Its working principle is: when the suspension to be separated enters into the bowl of the centrifuge, the solid particles with density larger than the liquid phase settle down quickly to the inner wall of the bowl under the powerful centrifugal force. The screw conveyor inside the centrifuge will push the deposited solid phase on the inner wall to the dewatering zone at the small end of the bowl for further dewatering, and then discharge it from the slag hole. The supernatant after separation will drain from the overflow weir at the big end of the bowl.
SCI 2-phase separation horizontal decanter centrifuge is developed based on the technology of Humboldt Wedag International AG, with its years of adequate market research and practice. It can be used in many fields such as the concentration, clarification, dewatering, integration of concentration and dewatering and size grading.
Sludge dewatering (integration of thickening and dewatering) is an important part of the treatment works of municipal sewage, waterworks sludge water and industrial wastewater. The volume of the thickened and dewatered sludge greatly reduces, not only reducing the secondary pollution to the environment, but also creating very favorable conditions for the comprehensive utilization of sludge resources. The low-power high-dryness centrifuges developed by us in combination with the characteristics of the sludge treatment processes at home and abroad have been successfully applied in hundreds of environmental protection projects.
