Description
ALA series is one kind standard full-automatic liner blow moulding machine which is used to blow any shape bottles from 40ml to 2000ml. such as mineral water bottle, beverage bottle, cosmetics bottle, medicine bottle, pesticide bottle, edible-oil bottle, wine bottle, milk bottle, etc. The max capacity could be 2200BPH. The machine is very reliable and flexible. The machine adopt robot making preforms in and bottles out , can connect with the filling machine through conveyor belt directly; Schneider PLC control the machine running precisely, and checked by Germany photoelectric sensor. Any parts across trouble will be feedback automatically. All the operation can be completed in the micro-computer, have good human-machine interface.

· The clamping unit of blow molding machine is using crank arm clamping structure, it is flexible and accurate for the mold opening
and closing;
· The blow molding machine have the high pressure clamping structure, The structure increase clamping force during blowing,
prevent the mode swell;
· The blow molding machine has safety self-lock security device, the program will automatically switch to safety state when
meeting failure;
· Fast, Low cost production changeovers;
· Simple machine structure, stable function, easy operation;
· Waste rate of finished bottle is less than 0.3%.
