The wood power machine is an ideal crusher in the fields of chemical, constructions, medicine, health, food, mosquito-repellent incense and so on, applying for the materials following: bamboo powder, the shell of nuts, herbs, barks, leaves, wheat brans, konjac, hemp, rice husks, corn cobs, straws, starch, dehydrated vegetables, paper, circuit broad, mica , graphite, bentonite, pearl stone, vinasse, furfural, pies, charcoal, activated carbon, cellulose, potato slags, cotton branches ,kinds of edible mushrooms etc.
The powder size can be adjustable in 30-500meshs, the capacity and discharging size is decided by the ratio of materials, and the main power is considered by size of feeding materials.
The working principles
The wood power machine is made up of coarse & fine crushing parts, air conveying parts and others. The motor drives the main axis rolling in a high speed, which makes the machine has strong percussive force, compressive force, cutting force, frictional force, so the wood powder machine has special crushing function on the fibrous matters.
Functions
1, The mechanical carbon semi-finished materials on the crushed powder from wood powder, branches, rice husks, bamboo powder, the peanuts coats, sunflowers seed shell, furfural slag and etc. so it is an ideal machine with small investment and fast earning.
2, The wood powder can be used as nutritive soil for cuttage or soilless cultivation materials.
