Wood Briquette Machine
It is a most technological machine, and recently years we have a great breakthrough in this field. Three kinds of Wood Briquette Machines were launched as follows: one kind is practical multi-functional, the second kind is using coal or electricity, the other kind is high efficient and all of them is studied and produced by our factory. The pushing axis and product molding drum or other key assembly is made from high-abrasive materials, also with oil-immersed alloy structure, these features make the machine high capacity and low power consumption, more compact and durable. The discharging product is in diameter range of 40-80cm, which ensures the charcoal in high quality.
Carbon powder molding machines
The carbon powder molding machine is one of best selling product recent years. The material is very normal, wood powder, shavings, wood edges, branches, rice husk, peanut shell, bagasse, rosacea, cotton bars, wheat straw, and straw and so on, which can be made into industry carbon or normal charcoals. It is recyclable.
Shapes of the product are a lot, such as the bar of barbecue charcoal,  ball of BBQ Charcoal and flash carbon, slices of Hookah Charcoal and Fragrance carbon, and Special-shaped ( e.g. pie or sector) and etc. We have a good and close cooperation with kinds of carbon making plants or factories.

Carbon powder Briquette Machine

Based on the features of carbon powder, the ball press is designed and specialized in the field of citing carbon and BBQ carbon, advantaged of stronger press force, high capacity and economic benefits. The final product is environmental, no strange smoke or gas or any bad smells, convenient usage, less dusts, suitable for barbecue outdoor or indoors with air circulating, high heat. The burning time is two times of traditional carbon.
Strange Carbon Making Machine
Made of the wood powder, adhesives and firelighters and fired by a match, the final carbon is not normal but strange, looks like plum blossom, square, sector, hollow cylinder, hollow cuboid or another customized, which can be used for combustion-supporting with the features of no smoke and smells, high heat and less pollutions. It is a good choice for BBQ ,the capacity is 50pcs/min, the power is 7.5kw.
Charcoal preforming machine
Mainly used for the production of hookah charcoal, the machine is automatic in a single press way to deal with all the kinds of materials into the round, square and other strange or irregular carbon. The diameter charcoal is adjustable, the strength and hardness can be customized. Made from the exquisite charcoal and adhesives with addition of perfumes, with no smokes or smells or harm, the final products are used for the incenses in church and firing hookah, and have a beautiful surface and packing.
