Self-seal pouches provide a self-contained method of sterile packaging for instruments without the use of heat sealing equipment. These steam sterilization pouches are ideal for table-top sterilizers are used-- such as in operating rooms, surgery centers, as well as medical and dental offices.
Self-Seal pouches are also used as ethylene oxide pouches in hospitals and commercial kit/tray assembly operations, but can not be used as Gamma Radiation pouches.
-Pre-folded Self-Sealing
-The seal is part of the pouch and pre-folding make proper closure fast and easy.
-No Perforation
-Pre-folding eliminates the need for holes on the fold line.
-Sterile integrity is maintained.
-Tack points above chevron at corners reduce paper curl.
-Thumb notched for ease of loading and opening under sterile conditions.
-Unique blue film darkens to show seal strength, therefore unacceptable seals are clearly visible.
