Specifications

Nylon bag’s specification, size, color and printed advertisement are made as per customers’ requirements. It’s made of nylon with properties of moisture proof, lightweight and toughness. Hygroscopicity and dyeability of nylon is better than polyester. With advantage of alkali resistence and no acid resistence, its fiber strength will decrease to be washed and reused after long exposure in the sun, which could protect the environment. Nylon bag of screen printing is handmade by ways of using water-based link to print on nonwoven cloth. In contrast, its cost is lower. However, the printing speed will slow down if too many colors are needed. Overdye may not be very accurate, like without making out gradient color and shadow if complicated patterns are required. Screen printing is tailored for some simple patterns of one side color with less than two colors.
