mportant matters for customized conveyors:

1.When the length of goods is longer than of the rollers, the roller height should be higher than the side boards;

2.When the length of goods is shorter than of the rollers, the roller height should be lower than the side boards;
3. Ensure at least 3 rollers contacting with products' bottom;
4. For soft packages and products with uneven bottoms, should equipped with layer board;
5. For scattered and small parts, should be placed onto pallets or boxes during conveying;

Gravity Roller Conveyor
Gravity Roller Conveyor Systems are used in such instances as conveying pallets, boards, cardboard boxes, plastic totes, etc. using the force of gravity to move products. You can either free wheel the products manually (horizontally) or include a slight decline to allow a fall over a certain distance.

Belt Conveyors

Belt conveyors are widely used in mining, metallurgical and coal industry to transport light and medium weight loads between operations, departments, levels, and buildings, or transfer sandy or lump materials, or packaged materials. According to different transferring equipment, the transfer system can be one independently or multi-conveyors or combined with other transfer equipments. The belt conveyor can be installed horizontally or aslope to meet the needs of different transfer lines.

Flexible conveyors

Flexible conveyors are widely used in warehouse, especially for transportation of goods with flat bottom, such as carton. With casters, they can be moved to any place required.
The height of the leg is adjustable, which reduces the requirements to the floor. The transportation surface can be adjusted into a level to reduce the labour of operator. It can be shaped into snake or circular patterns, which is convenient for arrangement of transporting direction.
