1. Introduction:
New Air intelligent controller (KF-800F) can monitor real-time indoor temperature, CO2 concentration. Controller output signal can directly control the startup and speed of fan. It can be widely used in residential, commercial and industrial applications, and can effectively improve air quality, create a healthy, comfortable, energy-efficient living and working environment.
2. Buttons’ function:
1.button: timing parameter setting
2.button: parameter increase
3.button: parameter reduce
4.button: setting working mode for controller, press this button slightly, the controller will be switched circularly between “AUTO － MANUAL － TIMER － POWER OFF”.
3. Detailed explanation:
1. AUTO: CO2 concentration less than 500ppm (low speed), 500-799ppm (middle speed), higher than 800ppm (high speed).
2. MANUAL: set the ventilation machine as OFF(stop), LOW(low speed), MED(middle speed), HIG((high speed))by buttonsand, and under this mode, the ventilation machine will run according to the setting, won’t be affected by CO2 concentration.
3. TIMER (timing mode): run according to set time & speed, can set from Monday to Sunday, 4 period every day, and 28 period total.
4. Timing parameter setting: pressbutton for 2 seconds to enter parameter setting. First enter “local time adjust”, pressbutton to switch week, hour and minute, the corresponding parameter will flicker, change the number byandbuttons; after finishing adjusting local time, pressbutton to enter the first period hour setting on Monday, pressbutton to switch hour, minute, and fan speed, pressandbuttons to change the number. After finish the setting, pressbutton to enter the second period hour setting on Monday…. Repeat above steps to finish all the 28 period setting. Controller will return to normal working condition and save setting parameter automatically if you won’t press any buttons more than 10 seconds during the setting process.
5. Backlight: CO2 concentration less than 500ppm (green backlight), 500-799ppm (yellow backlight), higher than 800ppm (red backlight).
