The full-automatic water treatment and recycle equipment for electroplating cleaning, which is suitable for production lines of different specifications from the large-scale, medium-sized to small-scale. 1. Electroplating pure water for electroplating industry
In the electroplating coating industry, in order to increase the surface finish, brightness, adhesion of plating workpieces, the preparation of electroplating solution needs the pure water whose electric conductivity should be below 15μS/cm, in addition, when rinse the plating workpieces, we should use the electroplating pure water whose conductivity should be below 10μS/cm. The water treatment systems for the electroplating industry including pure water system for the electroplating solution preparation before electroplating, the rare metals recovery in the electroplating rinse sewage, rinse water recycle, electroplating sewage treatment zero discharge system. 3. Electroplating pure water equipment features
The traditional preparation technology of electroplating pure water equipment usually adopts ion exchange resin to prepare, but the use of ion exchange resin can cause the frequent resin regeneration, which will consume materials and labor. Our company has gained years of practical experiment, at the same time, combined with the newest membrane separation technology, used low pressure RO + ion exchange system (or EDI) to prepare the electroplating ultrapure water, compared with conventional technology, this technology has the lower operation costs and reliable operation. Furthermore, this technology has the lower construction cost, which is safe and reliable.

Pure water equipments for electroplating manufactured by our company, the pure water can meet the electronics department ultrapure water quality standards. It has been divided into four grades: 15MΩ×cm, 10MΩ×cm, 5MΩ×cm and 1MΩ×cm. High pure water equipments for electroplating has adopted the international advanced RO technology and EDI desalinization technology to prepare the deionized water, which is a kind of preparation technology of pure physical process.
