Specifications
Bulk cement silo is a closed storage tank of the bulk material, suitable for storing grain, cement, fly ash and other bulk materials. The tank is equipped with a feed-bit system, and be able to display the location of the material and how much; Arch breaker may terminate the deposition of solid material deposited too long. Cement silo and screw conveyor with the use of the materials transported to various locations, the tank is easy to install, safe and reliable, ideal for a variety of mixing station bulk storage tanks.
LSY series screw conveyor is using the novel delivery device of the rotation of the spiral blade to continuously push the material in a closed circular cross-section within the casing.
Main features: compact structure, small cross-sectional area, light weight, good sealing performance, transmission efficiency, flexible process layout, easy to mount, dismount and move, and safe operation. This device is suitable for conveying the powdery, granular, small block of the bulk material, such as clay powder, coal powder, cement, sand, grain, small lump coal, pebbles, and cast iron chips, not suitable for handling viscous large, easy caking perishable materials. According to the way of configuration, screw conveyor is in the form level, tilt and a combination of other forms, and can be used in conjunction with other transportation devices to complete the CSCL, distribution, mixing, blending, dewatering, fixed proportion, unloading, stacking, and other job. The product is especially suitable for the conveying of bulk cement in concrete mixing station from cement silo to batching machine or mixers.
